API and MCP
Planned tools: check_agent(address | id), get_report(id), list_scenarios(), submit_agent(spec). Bulk access is paid per call over x402 in USDG through an existing facilitator; we do not run our own.
Before paying an agent, read the registry: check(agentId, currentConfigHash). See Registry and check().
