Registry and check()

contracts/src/registry/CrashtestRegistry.sol stores one attestation per agent: config hash, suite hash, report hash, stars, expected loss per $1,000 in cents, safe and useful shares in basis points, test date and expiry (90 days). Only the tester, a multisig in production, writes; anyone reads.

A payer calls check(agentId, currentConfigHash) and gets (valid, stars, lossPer1000Cents, testedAt). Valid means the same stack and not expired or revoked. A changed stack gets valid = false even though the old stars are still on record.

Status: written and covered by Foundry tests. Not deployed. pnpm suite --attest writes the calldata and checks it against a registry on the local chain.
